Kootenay Lake is firing up. This father/son team had a great day last week. Lots of bull trout down deep. Some days up to fifteen fish or so. Rainbows hitting hair on top.

They are still yo-yoing up and down as the water is a bit warm. It's going to get better and better as the water cools. Time to start planning fall prime time trips.

I have the Oct. 11-13 Woodbury Derby open if you are interested. Great prize money and lots of fun.
