TTG Contest: Details and Rules

How to Win

All you have to do is send us your story with good photos of your trophy trout catch. We suggest that it be around 300 words but not more than 800. We would prefer that it be sent in an email, Word Doc. or PDF file. Photos should be emailed in a large format (size right out of the camera before resizing). If you have several photos (up to four) that would be great. Send what you have.

The TROUT (no other species will be considered) needs to be at least 24 in. in length and not to exceed 36 in. Again, no other species of fish will be considered. The winner will be picked based on a combination of factors including good photos (preferably, but not limited to, someone holding the trout) and a well written story of how you (or friend, wife, child, grandchild) caught the trophy. You are not obliged to tell where you caught it unless you are comfortable sharing the location.

The winner will receive a museum quality half mount (as seen in our photo galleries) which will accurately represent your catch in size and coloration details as supplied in your photos. The mount winner will receive his or her mount back in 6-8 months. Shipping and handling is free and included in the winning package.

The contest will start on Oct.31, 2012 and will conclude on April 1, 2013. The story and photos will be judged by the staff at Rick’s Trophy Mounts, and all decisions will be final. Stories we receive will occasionally and randomly appear on our TTG homepage throughout the contest, so check back to the site regularly to see your story and photos posted. All entrants and photos become the property of trophytroutguide.com.

The odds of winning are much better than anything you have probably ever entered.......I will be blown away and surprised if we have 100 entrants in the contest......you can do the math on your odds!
